Welcome to "Even Better" — a small, personal tool for adding light, gratitude and joy to every day. Your use of the app is subject to the following terms.

1. Acceptance of terms

Using the app constitutes your agreement to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. The service

The app is a personal tool for adding light, gratitude and joy to daily life. The service is provided "as is", with no guarantee of continuous availability or error-free operation.

3. Responsibility for content

All content you enter in the app (gratitude, miracles, good points, feelings, notes) is your sole responsibility.

4. Loss of data

Your data is stored on your device and in the backups you choose: your private Google Drive, an encrypted cloud backup or a file. The backup options are offered as help only. We are not responsible in any case for any loss, deletion, corruption or exposure of data or content, even if you used one of the backup options. Backing up and keeping your information safe is solely your responsibility. Use of the app is at your own risk.

5. Not a substitute for professional advice

The app is intended for inspiration, encouragement and joy only, and does not constitute professional advice (medical, psychological, or other) and is not a substitute for it.

6. Intellectual property

All rights reserved. The app, its code, design, texts, illustrations, maps, characters and symbols belong to the developer, Lior Shlomo Tapuhi ("Tzlil HaLev"). We grant you a personal permission to use the app only, and this permission does not transfer any right in it to you. You may not copy, reproduce, imitate, distribute, sell or build a similar app from the app or any part of it, for any purpose, without written permission. The personal content you write in the app belongs to you.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The updated date appears at the top of the page.
